Fight against Cellulite


Wondering what that orange peel like skin near your thighs, which stops you from wearing shorts, is? It is CELLULITE, common in 80% to 90% adult females. What causes it? It could be anything from genes, hormones to an unhealthy lifestyle.

How to treat it?

water-with-lemon-1Lifestyle – Have a cup of warm lemon water every morning to flush out toxins and improve metabolism. Drink at least 3 liters of water daily and consume plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise is a must.

Dry Body Brush – Every morning, before showering, use a dry body brush starting from the feet upwards with long strokes. Focus more on problem areas to redistribute fat pockets, improve circulation and lymphatic drainage.

coffee-scrub1Grape Seed OilWeekly Massage – Coffee and olive scrub. Apply a mixture of half a cup coarse coffee mixed with olive oil and leave for 10 minutes. If time permits, cover it with a cling wrap and leave for 30 minutes for better penetration and improved elasticity. You can follow the same with Grape fruit essential oil (8 to 10 drops) mixed in 1/4th cup of olive oilimmediately after dry brushing for excellent results.
