Throughout this program you should drink at least 12 glasses of water daily, follow the cleansing, toning and moisturizing (CTM*) routine, apply sunscreen 2 to 3 times a day with a 3 hour gap, have a sweet-free diet plenty in fruits and vegetables. Apply night cream or serum suitable for your skin type, daily after following treatments.

Night 1 – Use an apricot scrub.

Night 2 – Apply a homemade honey and milk face pack for 20 minutes. Wash with cold water, rub ice cubes over face and neck.

Night 3 – Apply aloevera gel mixed with rose water, massage for 5 minutes, leave for 20 minutes and then wash with cold water.

Night 4 – Take a steam treatment for 10 minutes to unclog pores. Apply rose water with a cotton ball all over face and neck.

Night 5 – Use apricot scrub followed by icing. Repeat rosewater and aloevera gel treatment.

Night 6 – Apply a rejuvenating mask for 20 minutes. Wash with cold water.

Night 7 – Pamper yourself with a medi-facial from a qualified cosmetic physician.
